Tower Realty Partners, Inc. was founded in 1987 by Mr. Cliff Stein and Mr. Reid Berman. From 1987 until 1997, our portfolio included properties throughout the country, with a concentration in office centers in Florida, Arizona and New York.

In 1997, Tower's portfolio became the basis of an IPO for Tower Realty Trust (TRT), a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE). Mr. Stein and Mr. Berman were directors of TRT from 1997 to 1999, when TRT was bought by Reckson Associates, another NYSE REIT.

The year 1999 marked the emergence of Tower in its current structure, with Mr. Stein and Mr. Berman reorganizing the company to specialize in locating underperforming commercial properties and implementing a turn-around strategy to create value. Since then, Tower has purchased and sold a wide range of commercial real estate properties, becoming a leader in the value-added investment community.
